Check your current temperatures and how much RAM/VRAM is being used during high performance. I'm guessing you're playing games right now—could you tell me which ones? Also, let me know the storage setup you're using for both your games and the operating system.

Ram and vram readings around 20-30% are normal. It doesn’t seem like a hardware problem since this is happening across various systems every time I play games like Rainbow 6, Overwatch, Minecraft, Forza CSGO, and the mentioned game with 256gb nvme ssd on a 1tb hdd.

The files are stored on an HDD, likely a Seagate Barracuda, though it might not be 100% certain.

You might want to check for any additional drivers, C++ files, or corrupted data linked to your Microsoft account. It’s possible one of these could be affecting your system.

These are really terrible choices. I strongly dislike them. Maybe relocate the games to an SSD would help. It seems the HDD might be the issue.
