I opened my PC and noticed the changes appear in the Windows 8.1 right-click menu. Someone might have updated it or fixed an issue—check for updates or restart if needed.

It's usually included by default during every Windows setup. You might have just realized it now. The main issue I've faced is that it doesn't function properly when I attempt to use it. :0
