Hello everyone. Three months ago I upgraded my CPU from Ryzen 5 1600 to Ryzen 5 5600 and my GPU from GTX 1060 to RX 6600. It seemed like a reasonable change for an old system, and everything worked fine. My performance improved significantly in games, but I kept facing micro stutters. Before the upgrade, I had never seen this issue before and can't figure out why it happens. I even reinstalled Windows 10 and then upgraded to Windows 11, but the problem remains. It persists even when watching Netflix. I have 20GB of RAM and two slow monitors at 60Hz, but the stuttering continues. Please help me.
