Small circuit placed at the rear of the motherboard
I noticed sparks and smoke coming from the back of the motherboard earlier, so I’m planning to fix it today. I checked everything on the front and everything was fine. On the back panel, there were black residue marks from burned parts. The motherboard had a damaged circuit, though I don’t know its purpose. I’m trying to figure out if there’s a chance to salvage it. Specs: TUF X570 gaming plus Wi-Fi 5600X, DDR5 850GB RAM, WD Black SSD, 850BQ power supply.
Check if your motherboard is covered by the warranty and confirm the details.
Certainly, but when I attempted to include my item, they couldn't identify it. I purchased it from an Amazon warehouse, and they issued a full refund because it lacked some required components. I believe this process prevented their system from confirming the product.
