The modem supports Gigabit speeds. I’d start by connecting directly and running a speed test. If it doesn’t reach full capacity, you’ll likely need to reach out to your ISP for assistance. I’m not sure Spectrum lets users view modem diagnostic details, which might hide signal information. If you achieve maximum speed from the modem, the issue probably lies with your equipment.
It's still a bit slower, sorry for the delayed response. I used Windows 11 and recently switched to Windows 10, which improved my speeds from 300 Mbps to over 800 Mbps.
