Hi guys don't no if this is the right place to post this so sorry if it isn't I am currently working at a dentist's and they have all of there computers hooked up to a server, not sure if it's peer to peer or a client server The server is set up to run a dental records program and a client data base There is a issue with the speed of which the systems are running, as they are running very slow, I'm not sure if they run the dental program off of the server or weather the program is on ever system and they access shared data via the server I no the PC's they are running only have 2gb of ram and slow processors but they all run a an ok speed and only get bogged down when the server is involved Are there any things that I can trouble shoot that might help speed up the whole network ??

This kind of information is highly tailored to a specific use case, and forums usually don’t provide much guidance on that.
