Got no clue. If you do have something like that installed, I'd say just disable it and see if anything changes.
try running a linux live USB and see if you get any issues with that, just to see if it could be a hardware issue (although unlikely since it only applies to certain sites)
A new approach is being explored. Frame.io uses a browser-based download at 26 mbps. I discovered they offer a file transfer app that boosts speeds to the full 240 mbps from my ISP. It seems the issue lies in the browser itself. I've tested Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, even with private browsing, but speeds remain limited. Any suggestions?
I also notice that when I retrieve two documents from the identical directory, the total bandwidth is divided equally between them.
