Does your computer feature external WiFi antenna connections, and if yes, is the antenna already placed?

Your new PC is linked to Ethernet? "My old PC connects through Ethernet, just like my new one." Which cable are you using? How long has it been connected? What does "upload speed on my new PC is just not there" mean? Do you have actual numbers?

Got it. Please share your upload speeds for both the new and old PCs, including wired and wireless options. Also provide your current ISP plan details and confirm the source for speed tests. Include latency, jitter, and packet loss data as well. Let’s make sure everything is reported in Mbps.

The data I get shows 800 downloads and 0.04 upload, using a wired connection on my new PC. On my old PC it's 800 downloads and 50 upload over wired too, all measured in Mbps. I've tried various cables but speed remains unchanged. The provider charges 1000 downloads and 50 upload (Mbps). When I run a speed test, it doesn't appear to load properly. I didn't expect the graphics driver to solve the issue, but someone mentioned in a past post it might have worked. For the last part, yes—all drivers and BIOS updates went through the manufacturer, and I included a snippet of a speed test I could run.
