Hi, I recently upgraded my processor and cooler. I performed a fresh Windows 10 installation and installed all the necessary drivers (CPU, GPU, LAN). Now I’m experiencing half the download speeds I used to on Steam—between 5 and 1 Mbps. I’ve tried running clear winsock, but it didn’t help. Also, my hard drive isn’t the issue since I’m using an M.2 SSD. A speed test on Google shows me around 80 Mbps, which is via Ethernet.

On Google Chrome performance is optimal, whereas Steam lags behind by about half.

I don't rely on Chrome. I use Firefox, but yes. I'm currently experiencing around 500kb/s, which might be due to Steam.
