I've checked the network settings and SMB configuration. The speeds you're seeing are likely affected by your WiFi environment and device limitations. Consider testing with a wired connection or adjusting your network settings for better performance.

I recently attempted to link these computers directly to my router using Ethernet. The connection performed exceptionally, delivering speeds well above 15 MB/s. However, this setup requires me to be physically close to the router, which isn’t practical for me. I’m located in a separate room and don’t have Ethernet cables available there. Appreciate the help!

Yeah, my laptop might be the main problem here. I have a 5GHz router, but this old machine doesn’t support the newer frequency. All my other devices work on 5GHz. This folder isn’t super important for me, just useful for accessing my files on other computers or my iPad. I don’t use it much beyond storing documents and some photos. It’s not a big deal for me. I thought something was off with the setup and wanted to check. Thanks!
