Hi! I've been working on fixing this for several days but haven't managed to get it running smoothly. The problem is moving MP4 files from your computer's SSD to an external SSD and then to a USB flash drive, with speeds only between 0 and 12 MB/s. I've tested both USB C and USB A 3.0 ports on my motherboard, but the speed remains the same. I'm using a Samsung T7 shield and a Kingston DataTravelerExodia 64 GB drive. My setup includes a Ryzen 7 3700X with MSI Meg Ace X570 BIOS version 7C35v1O, and I'm transferring data from a Samsung 860 QVO 1TB OS drive running Windows 11 23H2. The graphics card is an RTX 2070, and I have a NZXT Kraken X62 with a cooler in a NZXT H710i case with a USB hub. I think the issue began after switching to Windows 11 about six months ago, though I don't transfer files via USB often enough to notice it before. Thanks for your help!

It looks like a limitation to me is the USB flash drive's capacity—only handling a certain MB/S. These drives are quite outdated, relying on very old tech, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see random read/write speeds around 12MB/s. I’d advise against using one for important files.

Thanks for the updates! It looks like the Kingston drive was functioning properly. The Samsung SSD now works again at around 400 MB/s after use. I’ll check if the issue persists. I’m planning to install a NAS for better local storage and might set up a mirrored NAS afterward.
