Hey! Your download and upload speeds are at 250/250 but you're only getting up to 100 Mbps. The settings didn't seem to have any limits. You've been checking the options for no luck and spent five hours trying fixes. It's frustrating, especially since your neighbors aren't using 5GHz and you're on the same channel. QoS isn't enabled either, and the ASUS RT-AC66U_B1 doesn't support 5GHz. Maybe try switching to a different frequency band or contacting ASUS support for further help!

The rates are managed by your internet service provider, reach out to them—they are the sole entities responsible for adjusting and maintaining the upload and download speeds you're billed for.

Did you try various speed test sites and servers? It’s possible the speedtest server is experiencing issues, as this has happened to others.

I tested various servers, but they were consistent. The cable connection functions well; however, the Wi-Fi download is slow while uploads remain normal.
