In Event Viewer, go to Applications and Services Log, Microsoft, Windows, Diagnostics-Performance, Operational.
Search for events that took a lot of time or had an extremely long duration.
Also verify if disk errors were reported.

The event viewer shows a lot of information. Most notes mention that the app started more slowly than expected, causing system performance issues.

Kapersky’s antivirus seems to be affecting speed, but other parts? Should I be concerned about serious errors or just warnings?

These partitions seem fine.
Page file is 17.82 GB, swap is 16.384 MB, hibern file is 6.674 GB.
What do you think?

I experience a slow startup in Windows 11. It usually takes around 3 minutes, and I'm having trouble identifying the issue. Booting in Safe Mode speeds things up to under 20 seconds.

Just as a matter of elimination:
Run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to look for, find, and fix possibly corrupted files.

Also look in Task Manager > Startup and Task Scheduler for any unknown, unexpected, or unidentifiable apps being launched at startup or being triggered early on.

Sorry, I asked you to publish the bootlog and then didn't get back to you. What I can see in those loaded drivers is a lot of Kaspersky products—there are quite a few! I don't like or suggest third-party security solutions; they often cause random BSODs. In today's situation, it would be best not to have a Russian company involved with security on my PC. My advice is to completely uninstall Kaspersky using their removal tool and stick with Windows Defender and the firewall.

In the boot log, the Kapersky launcher shows a slowdown, but only 6kms. Your main worry is the svchost.exe, which has a much higher degradation at 23kms. Anyone know why it's taking so long?

use the open windows cleanup tool (press start and type disk cleanup), tap the cleanup system files option, agree to the UAC prompt, select your drive, then go to the "more options" section. in the system restore and shadow copies area, click the cleanup button to help improve boot speed significantly.
