I recently upgraded to the Corsair 6500X case and added seven Corsair RX120 fans. The problem started after installation. When launching a game, it would load slowly. After seven days of intensive use, the CPU temperature hit 81°C. My system specs are 7800X3D, 7900XTX, and I’m using an NZXT Kraken 240 Kraken cooler. I removed the AIO and cleaned the thermal paste, then reapplied it.

Is 81c just the temperature, or are there other factors to consider?

The installation process involved placing each fan to ensure optimal airflow. It was important to avoid overloading the system since a CPU with 40-65W capacity can struggle at 80°C.

It doesn't seem too serious, especially with a budget cooler. Did you secure the cooler in cross pattern after all the screws were tightened? It might just be that the CPU is working harder because the cooler can handle more heat compared to a weaker single tower model. Could you share more details about the XTX temps and fan configuration? (I can't post pictures, but I'm here to help.)

I installed the cooler in a cross layout and then re-tightened it. There are six intake ports and three exhausts. The GPU temperature remains near 37°C. A contact frame is present on the CPU if needed.

I often see my CPU reach 98% when I have four or more tabs active at once.

It depends on how the tabs are managed; some stay active until closed, while others reset later.

Remains active as long as I keep the tabs open
