I own a vital P3 500 GB NVMe SSD. I tested its performance and it's only reaching 1600 MB/S, whereas the manufacturer claims 3500 MB/s. This happened after copying Windows from an old hard drive, and now it's installed in an HP laptop with an Intel i3 7020U processor.

It's an older Windows version running on a decent SSD with a typical PCIe X2 port, likely found in more affordable laptops.

PCIe X2 seems reasonable given its affordability as a budget laptop.
