Slow internet on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
Hey everyone. My dad wanted to know why his Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge had internet issues. Not just the Wi-Fi, but also the 4G connection isn’t great. The speed test numbers look decent—90Mbps download and 30Mbps upload—but it still feels off. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
She mentioned her phone wasn't connecting to the network often. It has an S7 on Verizon. I think it might be a software or physical issue. I planned to call her to check the software. For Android, here are some steps: 1) Restart the device and see if it works, 2) Update the operating system and see if it functions, 3) Update all apps and test again, 4) Perform a factory data reset (hardware issue). You could also remove apps installed around when the problem started.
