I'm trying to set up the ROM for Wind Waker because my GameCube is failing and my internet speed is only about 100kb per second. Normally I get around 40mb per second, but it's not working this time. I have a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection.

It seems like the issue could be related to the server itself, even though other installations have worked for you.

Visit speedtest.net or fast.com to check the current speeds. Many ROM download sites limit bandwidth usage.
