Hola, tengo un problema. Soy de Argentina y tengo una conexión de 300Mbps para descargar y 17Mbps para subir en casa. En otras computadoras funciona bien, pero aquí solo obtengo 800Kbps o menos. He probado casi todo: he borrado y reinstalado los drivers, cambié el cable Ethernet, pero no tengo más ideas. Estoy pensando en eliminar Windows y reinstalarlo. ¿Qué podría estar causando este problema?

Speedtest and Fast (by Netflix) provided these numbers, which shows I’m still experiencing slow uploads. Occasionally I see faster speeds, but it doesn’t alter the fact that I’m downloading at under 1Mbps. I’ve also tested Chrome, Epic Games, Steam, and BattleNet, all giving the same low speed (800Kbps).
