Your Fortnite download speed seems low because the system is prioritizing other processes, even though Task Manager shows high bandwidth. It could be due to background apps, network congestion, or firewall settings limiting throughput. Checking for updates or adjusting network preferences might help.

I really don’t recall, but I believe you’re correct. It seems the system kept showing me incorrect speed values, even though the game was loading fast.

It seems the 47.9mbps shown in Task Manager reflects total usage across your system, not just high-gaming sessions. That’s normal, so don’t stress—you’re doing fine.

In task manager, when you open processes, epic games appears as the sole application connected to Wi-Fi.

Also a brief reminder, throttling is active—verify if you restricted your download speed in the Epic Games Launcher.
