mp4, mp3 files. The Ethernet cable is brand new. Need to examine the coax cables more closely. I don't know my ISP. I downloaded a 120 MB zip file from Canon and it took only a few seconds. I never faced issues downloading from Filejoker at my previous house with Atlantic Broadband.

If you had performed a speed test, the ISP would have been recognized. Regarding the hardware, does this refer to multiple devices or just one?

These issues seem unrelated to your hardware or internet connection in general. It probably involves the ISP, perhaps they are slowing down Filejoker for some reason. I'm not certain of the solution, but I wouldn't bother looking into your router or cables. See if all the files on Filejoker are fine and you're not facing a problem with just one file. I don't have enough information about the service to give further advice.
