Hello there, this is my debut here and I’m really looking for assistance. I’m also uncertain if this is the appropriate place to share my concerns. The problem I’m facing is slow USB transfer speeds—typically around 6MB/s, rarely exceeding 12-14MB/s except during brief file copy moments. I’ve tried all possible solutions, including checking the BIOS settings. Any advice would be appreciated! My setup includes:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
GPU: MSI Gaming Trio RTX 4090 WD BLACK SN850X
Storage: 2TB NVMe Seagate BarraCuda Q5 ZP500CV30001
HDD: 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12
RAM: 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz
Case: Asus ROG STRIX X570-E
Fan: Corsair SP120 RGB Pro 120mm
CPU Cooler: ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 RGB AIO
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000x
Keyboard: ASUS ROG Strix Flare
Headset: Corsair HS80
Screen: LG UltraGear 31.5" 1440p WQHD 165Hz

Thank you for your help!

Bios news for USB and chipset improvements. Not a BIOS release—just updates on chipset support and USB drivers.

Confirming the version you're using—are you on the latest 3.0 release or the older 2.0?

What bothers me most is whether there are hidden problems with ASUS motherboards that I haven't discovered yet.
