I connected directly from a modem/router Hitron Coda 4528 to my Xbox One X. My downloads are fast, usually around 500mbps, but my upload is now very slow—just 1 to 5mbps—and I’m paying $15 for it. This is definitely causing lag during FPS gameplay. I tested the same setup on my PC and got no issues with speed. It seems the problem is only with my Xbox.
