Slow boot-up, slow start.
Slow boot-up, slow start.
Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:
“This Windows 10 Pro PC, running on an SSD with a Ryzen 5 1600 processor and a GTX 1070Ti graphics card, has recently been experiencing significant slowdown during startup. The system is installed on a 250GB SSD combined with a 1TB HDD. The user reports the boot process was previously fast but now takes an extended period. Specifications include 8GB of RAM and utilizes a Cooler Master cooler. The issue appears to be related to the slow boot-up performance, possibly due to resource contention or driver issues.”

Ok, perhaps try it without it. Also maybe look into reinstalling windows, and i know its a silly question to ask, but you're positive you're not accidentally booting from the HDD, right? And if you arent maybe try cloning your OS over to your HDD and see if it boots faster ( by all accounts it SHOULDNT) but if it does that means there is a problem on your SSD. Do you have alot of programs set to start with windows? that could slow the boot down especially if those programs are located on your HDD.
I’m not sure about all of that, but I can confirm my processor speed is 3.4 GHz and I have 16 GB of RAM. I was just updated to Windows 10 yesterday, so a fresh install isn't necessary.

50gb out of 250gb
Try going into your bios and perhaps enabling Fast Boot, that might help you.

Yeah lets go ahead and do that, windows gets sluggish sometimes. I had to reinstall windows when i installed my new M2 drive and got substantially faster boot times.
