It looks like the issue ties to the 20H2 update. I tried using an older PC with a Windows 10 setup that hadn’t been updated for a while, and everything ran smoothly. After switching to the 20H2 version, speeds dropped again. I’m not sure how to fix it with my current networking knowledge, so I’m checking for possible workarounds.

You might attempt to remove updates. During setup, I install fresh Windows updates and verify everything functions properly before disabling them completely. This approach works for personal use, but in a business or professional setting I keep updates enabled.

I've never faced issues with updates before, but I'm currently using a fresh installation that includes 20h2 by design. It seems I can't remove anything. The only option might be to use an older ISO and install it without updating the new one...
