You can likely move your GPU to the slot directly beside the pin, as long as it fits properly. Adding another GPU slot underneath the Wi-Fi card isn't recommended unless you're certain it won't interfere with the existing components.

You can reinsert the clip whenever you like; it's not mandatory, just use the available space.
