I’m looking for some guidance on boosting the 8320 to a stable speed between 3.7 and 3.8 GHz. This is my first CPU overclock attempt, and I want to avoid damaging any parts since it’s for a friend. Your advice would be appreciated!

I wouldn't try to push the overclock beyond what's built in. The FX8320 already runs at 4.0ghz.
