I went through this tutorial to fix my Boot EFI partitions, but after that, sleeping or hibernating doesn't work properly. When I try to shut down, the PC just restarts and brings me back to the login screen. During sleep and hibernate, the monitors turn off, but the PC stays on and I can shake the mouse and the screens come back on, sending me back to the login screen.

The reason for fixing the EFI stems from using a previous Windows setup alongside your current configuration.

I set up Windows on another disk and then moved it to a different drive. I think I missed taking the EFI partition, which might be why things didn’t work out. The original drive is gone now, so I’m considering an in-place upgrade instead.
