Sleep mode issue

Hello everyone,
I'm facing a specific problem. When I put the PC into sleep mode, everything shuts down except the case fans connected to the PSU, and when I wake it up, the fans spin up fully, the monitor stays black, and I can't do anything except power off via the power button (the reset button doesn't help). In other cases, the PC works perfectly.

Details:
Mb b550 elite ax v2 rev 1.1 (last bios)
Video 6750xt gigabyte
PSU Seasonic syncro 750w
CPU amd 5600x
M2 SSD gigabyte gp-asm2ne2512gttdr

Possible cause: the boot manager is on a SATA SSD (Toshiba Tr200), while Windows is installed on the M2 SSD — I don't know how this happened.
I changed the PSU to a new one, but the issue remains.
Connecting the fans directly to the MB resolves everything.
I've searched online for over a month without finding a similar solution and still haven't found one.

Thanks.

How are the wires connected?
When a device puts itself to sleep, the PSU keeps supplying 5V on the standby rail. This helps devices like the power LED reduce their flashing when inactive.
Could the fans be linked to the standby rail?

The boot manager might be on the incorrect drive when you installed or cloned Windows across multiple drives.

The Seasonic syncro includes a connect module that works with the seasonic case, and all the wires link from that module to the mb, video, fans, etc.
I've already discussed this with seasonic, but they can't replicate my problem.
