If the DLC is needed, running without it would be impossible. The program relies on a resource found only inside the DLC.

I’m not familiar with that. Downloading DLC files without buying them is considered piracy, so please avoid doing it.

Getting any DLC files without buying them is illegal. It's also unclear how to obtain particular files or identify the exact requirements for a specific mod.
