Based on the graphics options I use, the game becomes slow after some time, but it keeps running at around 60 frames per second. This problem only appears in Skyrim, and I haven’t added any mods.

This mod slightly distorts the display while navigating or shifting, but it doesn’t impact frame rate. Alternatively, reinstall Skyrim and try this setup guide.
