I’m trying to fix the graphics on my Skyrim setup for days now. I keep running into problems like dependency issues, red triangle items, frozen cutscenes, and a stuck horse carriage scene when starting a new game. I need a list of compatible mods that will make the game look realistic and improve the experience. Mods such as Paradise City and Realistic Water are essential. Updates to character, armor, trees, plants, weather, and NPCs would be great too. If anyone can provide a list of mods that work together perfectly, I’d really appreciate it.
I've checked numerous websites and guides. I'm just seeking someone to provide a functional list of mods or a reliable link to a guide they know works.

The red triangles serve as placeholders. The game isn't able to locate the assets from the mod, but they are marked in the .esp file.
Skyrim features a straightforward file layout: textures reside in the texture folder, meshes in the mesh folder, and so forth.
Ensure that the installed mod files are placed correctly. This is done by manually downloading the mod and comparing it to the files stored in the Skyrim data directory.
I perform this regularly because NMM occasionally makes errors.
Most mods work well together. I rely on 220 .esp mods for Skyrim SE and 254 for Skyrim LE.
Just avoid having several mods that perform identical functions.
For instance, stick to a single weather mod and only use weather-related mods that are built to integrate with your chosen weather mod.
Armor, weapon, and follower mods usually clash unless you switch to replacer versions.
Certain mods can be challenging to set up and configure; the ones I often mention are ECE and Racemenu.
