raidcall and vent work well, the free raid call is great and vent seems easy to use; i think you might need to pay for it.

Teamspeak is available for free. You need to run your own server on your computer. If you're unsure about setting it up, you and your friends can join a channel on my server and use it unless there are more than 20 participants at once. Just let me know if you want to try it.

Mumble is also a really intriguing choice. I think it's much superior to Teamspeak.
