I just moved my C drive to the SSD and Skype is loading fine now. After some time it still shows a connection issue, but it’s not blocked by the firewall. I reinstalled Skype and ran the virus scanner from Microsoft, but it stopped working on other devices too. I changed my password yesterday.

Skype isn't available in many regions currently. It was recently updated for my country, but it remains unavailable for most users.
