It wasn't my doing—it happened before, and a restart resolved it. The DisplayFusion taskbar on another monitor is functioning properly. Have others experienced similar unexplained issues on Windows?

Check if Origin and Skype are running at startup. Use the tast manager to see if they can be closed and observe the results.

They both start up together, which is likely the issue. Stopping and restarting Skype resolves it, though it remains amusing.
