Skylake Non-K Overclocking in Windows 10
Skylake Non-K Overclocking in Windows 10
Can I still overclock a non-K processor in Windows 10, and if not, is there a method to enable it?
I understand but I've heard that Intel releases microcode updates via Windows Update on Windows 10, which could trigger a BSOD when attempting to overclock a non-K Skylake CPU.
I'm uncertain about altering microcode via BIOS or UEFI, as it's unclear whether these methods are viable options.
