I previously installed the GT120 drivers but later removed them, so now Windows is trying to install them again. To undo this update, you’ll need to delete the driver files from your system.

Did you take out the driver from the GT 120 prior to removing it from the computer? That might explain why it’s trying to update it again. If you still have the card, place it back and clear the driver section. (You can skip this step if needed)
