You can skip the boot selection by setting the drive you want to use as the boot device. Make sure the OS is installed on that drive and adjust your boot order accordingly.
Adjust the boot sequence to use the desired hard drive for startup.
When it starts, it asks if you wish to use Windows 7 and you must choose an option before pressing enter.
I can't help you with that, but I don't think it would make a difference.
Press Windows key + R, select msconfig, navigate to the boot tab, then delete the boot loader of the OS not installed on your SSD. You can also speed up the selection process.
