Did anyone else face missing installation steps during a clean Windows 10 setup? Immediately after selecting Express Settings, I encountered a spinning circle with "Just a moment" and was asked to create a local account. Once that’s done, the process seems to skip several necessary prompts like "Who owns this PC?" or "Make it yours." It feels like all the expected steps are missing. The installation image comes straight from Dream Spark, and I’ve rewritten it twice just to confirm it wasn’t damaged. Why am I still having these issues and concerns since the day I got the disc? SSS
