Hello! I recently assembled a new PC with these specifications:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080ti Founder's Edition
Motherboard: Asus ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO
Memory: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5RK Timing 30-40-40-96
PSU: Corsair HX1200 Platinum 1200 W
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
OS: Windows 11 Home
So far everything is functioning well, having been using it for roughly two weeks. However, I’ve encountered difficulties getting my D.O.C.P. preset to activate, and I’m not very familiar with memory overclocking since my previous experience was with Intel CPUs. I’ve never faced issues with XMP presets before.
Whenever I adjust my BIOS settings to D.O.C.P., my PC displays a blue screen on restart with the error code 0xc0000428, indicating that the digital signature verification failed (including screenshots). I ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic and it reported no problems, so I’m assuming the memory is intact and operating normally at the default 4800MHz.
The settings that change when enabling D.O.C.P. are:
Ai Overclock Tuner -> D.O.C.P.
Memory Frequency -> DDR5-6000MHz
DRAM CAS# Latency -> 30
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay -> 40
DRAM RAS# PRE Time -> 40
DRAM RAS# ACT Time -> 96
DRAM VDD Voltage -> 1.40000
DRAM VDDQ Voltage 1.40000
PMIC Voltages -> Sync All PMICs
Regarding the memory, some online sources suggest adjustments to the voltages might be possible, but I’m cautious about altering them due to the investment in this build. As a video editor, this PC is my work machine.
If anyone has suggestions or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if I seem clumsy—I’m still learning a lot! Please let me know if there’s any additional information that could help. Thanks for reading!

The memory kit you have isn't suitable for that motherboard according to G.Skill's own memory configurator. Look through the available options by choosing your motherboard from the dropdown and clicking Search to view a list of compatible G.SKILL memory kits. Visit www.gskill.com for more details.

It seems the configurator didn't show the correct motherboard, possibly because it was updated afterward. Thanks!

You might wish to contact g.skil support. They could provide a solution, and if they are very helpful, they might swap the RAM for you.
