I was wondering if anyone here has ever put together a list of single and dual rank memory. Most of us are aware of Single vs Dual channel, and that's easily enabled by having a matching set of memory, and utilizing the proper dimm slots on your respective motherboard. However, there's also single rank and dual rank, and rather than try to explain them myself, I will link to a Hardware Unboxed video below. There are many sources of information on the topic of single and dual rank memory, and if you'd like to learn more, check out Google. My thought is, if such a list doesn't exist, perhaps we can put one together, similar to the power supply tier list, posted in the power supply section of the forum.
