With two 140W CPUs and two 180W GPUs, this setup seems feasible. The MCR220-XP and MCR320-XP radiators fit within a 5 x 120mm space (34mm thick). The MCP35X pump and reservoir are suitable, along with the EK-Vardar F2-120 fans at 1450rpm. The alternative configuration you mentioned is also considered, though it depends on whether the dimensions refer only to the radiators or include the overall size.
