Do it—it's absolutely amazing. You get countless hours of play without spending much money. It's a compact version of Europe, letting you travel wherever you want. Time feels faster; maybe two seconds in real time equals one minute in-game, but a long journey can stretch past an hour.
Time seems to flow at a different pace based on your position in the game. Generally, cities and gas stations show a shift from real time to in-game seconds—about one minute in real life equals three in-game. On narrow roads, the change is more noticeable, jumping from one minute to seven minutes, while highways compress it to roughly one minute to eleven minutes. Just a note, I’m not sure about all the exact numbers, but it definitely varies by location.
