I have a MacBook Pro 16" (Intel i9-9880h) paired with an AMD Radeon Pro 550M. I'm using Windows 10 in Bootcamp, but after playing Flight Simulator for 5 to 15 minutes, my monitor shuts off or shows a blue screen, forcing me to restart Windows. It seems the GPU is overheating—fan spinning nonstop and the machine feeling extremely hot. The MacBook Pro isn’t built for constant full GPU usage. Have others managed to run Flight Simulator smoothly on their MacBook Pro in Bootcamp? I’m considering getting an external Radeon enclosure with a RX 5600 XT to improve cooling and performance. I think I get it—Apple didn’t anticipate high-end gaming in Bootcamp mode on these laptops. Still, given the $3,500 price tag...
