I couldn't find a way to manually adjust my Mac address in Device Manager. I downloaded Technitium MAC Address Changer, but it didn’t help either. The program didn’t update my PC’s MAC address to match my Xbox, and other attempts also failed. It might be a temporary fix or there could be an issue.
