EA has a reputation for being unreliable, the Sims DLC is disappointing, and the price tag is excessive. Everyone understands this—Sims 2 was similar, and Sims 4 offers little more than what came before. It’s likely EA will release more mediocre DLC and possibly add microtransactions, and people will easily adopt it. Humans are predictable, and EA knows it.
