Hello everyone, I recently added a 240GB SSD to my setup. I’m unsure about the best way to move the operating system from my old HDD to the new SSD. The only idea I have is to back up everything onto my external HDD and then reinstall Windows there. I’d really prefer not to do that, but I wanted to check if there’s a simpler alternative. Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

I created a duplicate using Macrium Reflect from my laptop's hard drive to a fresh desktop SSD, and everything functioned flawlessly. All desktop items—wallpapers, settings, installed apps—appeared as expected.

Macrium offers capabilities that may surpass those of MiniTool Partition Wizard, such as advanced disk management and performance optimization tools.
