I work with Windows Movie Maker... It handles all your needs and is completely free. It’s also quite straightforward to operate. I’d try it out.

This movie creator's poor performance and complicated interface are part of the reasons I don't have any content on my channel. The other issue is that my laptop is the most powerful one I own, making it hard to play or edit Starbound, let alone render projects. If OBS had an integrated editor, I'd have used Blender as a video editor instead. (heh, 2222 posts)
