A PC needs an operating system with OFC, but older models need 32-bit and newer ones require 64-bit. When Microsoft mentions Windows 10 and says it supports both 32/64 bit, I just have to set up a creation tool and then pick 64-bit, after which I can input the product key later.
The system is primarily built with 64-bit compatibility in mind, covering most recent developments from the past ten years.
The guide covers compatibility with both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. https://www.sharekhancommodity.com/ComTi..._64bit.pdf
