A PC needs an operating system with OFC, but older models need 32-bit and newer ones require 64-bit. When Microsoft mentions Windows 10 and says it supports both 32/64 bit, I just have to set up a creation tool and then pick 64-bit, after which I can input the product key later.

When setting up, you'll just need a product key. You can also turn Windows on later or leave it disabled if preferred.

That's interesting, I discovered my system requirements by checking Intel's website. My CPU is an i5 8500, which runs at 64-bit.

Most desktops from 2006 onward use 64-bit processors. Atom chips and other mobile devices are usually 32-bit.
