The system specifications are shown in the attached image, with the processor running at an overclock of 4.62 GHz. Examining the benchmark data reveals occasional frame rate drops that, while not rendering the game unplayable, are quite disruptive.

I recognize my central processing unit is somewhat limited, yet it struggles to maintain a consistent frame rate between 55 and 60 frames per second. Could you identify the reason for these abrupt fluctuations? I'm seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

Disabling shader caching resulted in a slight decrease in average frames, but significantly alleviated the large CPU spikes I was experiencing. This has substantially improved the game’s performance and overall enjoyment.

Your platform is the reason you're experiencing the issues. Honestly, what else were you expecting from an FX-8320?
On second thoughts, please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

This system consists of an AMD FX-8320 Black Edition processor running at an overclocked speed of 4.6 GHz, paired with a Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 motherboard and 12GB of DDR3 RAM. A Kingston 240GB SSD is used for storage, with the game installed on a Firecuda drive totaling 2TB. Graphics are handled by an Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1660Ti, and the operating system is Windows 10 version 17763.805. Despite the relatively outdated CPU, the system should ideally maintain consistent frame rates.
