Windows has been problematic for me lately too, but I'm on version 10. It's good to hear it's been resolved, even if it was a bit surprising that Windows was the cause.

I don't agree; it has flaws too, just like any software, regardless of size. Windows 7 worked well, which is why many people are frustrated with 10.
